However, please be aware and understand that Crimshield, Inc. does not guarantee that the person you are validating has absolutely NO criminal history. Our investigators search numerous criminal records data bases and files regarding each CrimShield member to ascertain whether or not the participant has been convicted of, plead no contest to, or plead guilty to any felony or any drug related crimes within the past ten (10) years. Furthermore, our investigators search the criminal records to determine if the participant has ever been convicted of, plead no contest to, or plead guilty to any crime against children, any sex crime, murder or manslaughter. Additionally, our investigators search the criminal records to determine if the participant has been convicted of, plead no contest to, or plead guilty of any violent misdemeanor within the last five (5) years.
