By clicking on this box, Vendor agrees that Vendor VIP "VVIP" is only an electronic platform to assist Landlords/Managers to locate vendors to assist Landlords/Managers to have vendors perform needed and agreed upon work for its Tenants and for VVIP to perform an investigation of the vendors in accordance with the investigation criteria below.
The investigation results are not shared with the Landlords/Managers. Payment for work provided by vendor for Tenants on behalf of Landlord shall be due solely by Landlord and vendor agrees and understands that VVIP is not vendor's employer in any way whatsoever.
VVIP shall not be liable or responsible to Vendor for payment for work performed, or for any other reason whatsoever. Vendor shall look solely to Landlord/Manager for any claim whatsoever regarding work performed and for anything that may take place while on the Landlord's/Manager's/ Tenant's property.
Vendor waives the right to file any mechanic lien or workmanship lien on Landlord's/Manager's property for any reason regarding any work performed, including failure of Landlord/Manager/Owner payment for said work. Vendor has no right to be approved under the criteria.
VVIP is under no obligation to vendor to complete the criminal background investigation and may terminate the investigation at any time without recourse by vendor against VVIP. Any claim against VVIP must be arbitrated under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association and only in Mesa, Arizona. Once vendor passes the criteria, vendor understands that VVIP may terminate its relationship with vendor at any time at VVIP's sole discretion.
